Job summary

KorTerra Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own a key area of our 811 damage prevention platform. You will translate customer insights from locators, damage prevention managers, and utility teams into strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering to deliver value and growth. You will spend time in the field with customers, write clear requirements and stories, and use AI tools to synthesize feedback, drive decisions, and test ideas with users before

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a product area or major feature set.
• Ability to identify meaningful customer problems, set priorities and roadmap direction.
• Experience working with complex, workflow-driven software platforms.
• Clear writing, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Regular use of AI tools in your own work, such as for research synthesis, drafting specs, data analysis, or prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for your product areas, tied to company goals, customer outcomes, and revenue.
• Identify and prioritize customer and market problems worth solving; explain tradeoffs to Engineering, Sales, and leadership.
• Track market changes and competitor moves; collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on planning.
• Define and drive success metrics for initiatives including adoption, retention, and efficiency.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Prioritize backlog against roadmap goals and prepare upcoming work for development.
• Support Go-to-Market with launches, positioning, and customer enablement; join sales calls as needed.
