Job summary

Entrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) for Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. This full-time, in-person position offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commission, with on-target earnings around $100,000.

You will respond to warm leads, assess water/fire/mold damage, and propose trusted repair solutions while building strong homeowner relationships. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Driven, competitive, and coachable; strong interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced service industry preferred.
• Strong work ethic and integrity are required.
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling and in-home/client visits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads by visiting client homes in your service territory.
• Assess damage and propose trusted solutions to homeowners.
• Build rapport through honest, informed conversations.
• Follow up on open questions and next steps with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with internal team members throughout the job.
• Other duties may be assigned.
