Job summary

AVP is a DAM consulting firm seeking consultants to drive data migration, transformation, and solution design for clients across industries. You’ll map data structures, automate workflows, and collaborate with vendors and IT teams to optimize integrations and performance.

Senior roles involve leading migration tracks, defining technical direction, and mentoring others while exploring innovative approaches such as AI-driven metadata and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading at least one enterprise migration end-to-end.
• Proficient in Python, REST APIs, SQL, and data workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DAM tools.
• Ability to map data structures and govern metadata across systems.

Responsibilities

• Support DAM implementation, configuration, and data migration for clients.
• Prototype innovative asset-management solutions, including AI metadata ideas.
• Analyze data structures, transform data, and ensure accurate mappings.
• Develop technical workflows balancing automation and manual steps.
• Lead migrations and provide technical guidance to clients and teams.
