Job summary

Ascot Group, a premier risk underwriting organization, is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Data Transformation and Integration Manager to lead enterprise data transformation initiatives. You will oversee data pipelines, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve data quality and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the VP, Information Management, US, and is an in-office position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring strong leadership of data engineers and integration

Qualifications

• Ten years in data transformation delivery within large-scale data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with third‑party data providers and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation strategy, design, and execution with focus on quality and performance.
• Oversee data integration initiatives ensuring secure, timely data movement across systems.
• Establish governance workflows aligned with enterprise policies and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align transformations with business goals.
• Mentor and guide data engineers and integration specialists; drive continuous improvement.
