Job summary

Ascot Group is seeking a Senior data transformation leader to optimize enterprise data integration and governance. You will oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines, driving quality and compliance while leading a team of engineers and specialists.

The role reports to the VP, Information Management, US, and offers a hybrid in-office schedule with collaboration across global platforms in a dynamic underwriting-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in data transformation, data engineering, data analysis and data architecture.
• Experience with large-scale data warehouse environments and governance.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of data transformation solutions.
• Oversee integration and transformation initiatives across systems.
• Establish workflows that support governance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, governance, and IT to align transformations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration for efficiency.
• Mentor data engineers and integration specialists.
• Demonstrate Ascot Way through collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability.
