EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a DAM Solutions Architect to lead design, configuration, and integration of enterprise DAM capabilities supporting modern content operations. The role spans taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle governance, publishing patterns, and AI-enabled content workflows.

You will collaborate across content operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure scalable, governed DAM solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on DAM platform experience with strong information

Qualifications

Significant experience designing, implementing, or architecting enterprise DAM solutions.
Strong understanding of metadata architecture, taxonomy, tagging, and information architecture.
Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, events, webhooks, and middleware.
Knowledge of digital publishing requirements and content lifecycle management.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable DAM specifications.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise DAM solutions aligned to business, content, and technology needs.
Define asset structures, metadata models, and lifecycle rules for governance.
Develop scalable taxonomy schemas and tagging strategies for searchability.
Shape integration patterns with CMS, marketing tools, and AI platforms.
Lead governance for metadata quality and asset stewardship across teams.
Support AI-enabled content operations and provenance tracking.
