The role collaborates with Strategy, Account, Product, and Creative teams to ensure the platform is leveraged strategically, creatively, and commercially differentiated.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in creative direction, brand strategy, and integrated campaign leadership.
• Experience leading brand and growth creative across SaaS, fintech, B2B, or D2C environments.
• Experience building and scaling modular creative systems across paid media, lifecycle, and brand channels.
• Track record of pitching and presenting creative strategy to senior client or business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and a genuine interest in how AI accelerates experimentation and production.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape creative briefs translating client objectives into platform-enabled creative solutions.
• Pitch and present AI-powered creative concepts to clients with Strategy and Account leads.
• Supervise and quality-control AI-enabled creative output across pharma brand, HCP, DTP, and payer audiences.
• Partner with creative teams to build modular, scalable creative systems.
• Identify gaps between platform capability and client needs and feed insights back to Product.
• Track sales and deployment across the client portfolio to identify replication opportunities.
• Model inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias.
