Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Systems Technologist, DAM & Scale to drive integration, enhancement, and scaling of advanced technologies within Sephora’s Digital Asset Management ecosystem. You will connect marketing vision with technical execution and deliver scalable solutions across Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Sephora’s MarTech stack.

You’ll lead design, build, and optimize integrations, data pipelines, and automation, while collaborating with Marketing, Technology, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a complex, integrated Digital Asset Management platform.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service preferred.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL to query, join, analyze, and report data.
• Experience building system integrations using REST APIs, including authentication and webhooks.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Adobe Experience Manager Assets, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain automations and AI workflows for DAM assets.
• Design, build, test, and optimize integrations across AEM Assets, SharePoint, and MarTech ecosystem.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, platform guidelines, and workflow best practices.
• Build reports and dashboards; analyze performance and define KPIs to guide decisions.
