Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering (required).
• Professional registration (P.E./P.G.) (required).
• 7+ years direct experience in a consulting environment (required).
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering software (e.g., slope stability) (required).
• Knowledge of numerical modeling tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Civil design and site layout.
• Monitor heavy civil construction projects.
• Perform geotechnical analyses (slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, seismic, seepage).
• Evaluate dams and levees.
• Develop instrumentation monitoring systems.
• Prepare engineering reports and design calculations.
• Provide project management and client liaison support.
