Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field and 0+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
• Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics.
• U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and maintain wirebond processes for production and new product introduction.
• Establish and optimize process parameters for ball bonding and wedge bonding.
• Support process characterization, DOE activities, and process validation to improve bond quality, yield, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot and analyze products; implement design improvements and evaluate test data using DOE/SPC methods.
