The role is salaried, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with flexibility for extra hours; annual base pay is $70,000 plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers.
• Accountable for site KPI and meeting performance objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend incentives when appropriate.
• Address performance issues through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
• Understand labor relations and maintain positive relations with employees.
• Implement health & safety and security initiatives and company policies.
