Qualifications

• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and service specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance; monitor progress and coach the team.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations and maintain positive labor relations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize team and individual achievements.
