Job summary

Consilio, in collaboration with a premier plaintiff-side firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for their Dallas, TX office. You will handle substantial civil litigation, including case investigation, discovery, and trials, with no billable hour requirement and bonus eligibility.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in plaintiff-side litigation, trial experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to complex cases on a national docket.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side.
• Actual trial experience encouraged; significant case work-up considered.
• Background in toxic torts, medical devices, or sexual assault cases is a plus.
• Ability to manage casework independently and work within a team.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all phases of civil litigation, including case investigation and strategy.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and manage document review/production.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, requests for production, and interrogatories.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and prepare them for trial.
• Assist in trial prep, including evidence organization and witness coordination.
