Responsibilities include trial prep, discovery, and drafting pleadings, motions, and client updates, plus attending depositions, hearings, and mediations. Growth opportunities exist with experienced litigators on complex cases.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Defense

We are hiring on behalf of a leading national litigation law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Dallas team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of civil litigation defense experience, an active Texas bar license, strong legal research and writing skills, and a desire to gain hands‑on trial experience.
