Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Dallas, TX. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a supportive clinical team to help you deliver high-quality care across hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and educate patients and families on home programs while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Travel-friendly and able to commit 26 weeks.
• Doctorate degree preferred; new grads welcome.
• Other licenses or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop rehab plans.
• Implement PT treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on home programs and safety.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists.
• Maintain infection control and safe treatment environment.
• Assist with discharge planning and family education.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Adjust plans based on progress and goals.
• Engage in professional development and QA activities.
