Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for its Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on sophisticated transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, with debt/equity matters experience and strong client advisory skills.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years of experience. A collaborative, high-impact team environment and ongoing professional growth await.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents).
• Conduct legal due diligence including title and survey review; manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of transactions.
• Support partners on complex real estate matters for institutional clients.
