Qualifications

• 1–3 years of real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Based in Dallas with active Texas license or waiver to practice law.

Responsabilités

• Support a dedicated real estate practice serving national clients.
• Handle acquisitions and real estate transactions related to subdivisions and land development.
• Conduct title and survey review; manage easement, leasing, and finance matters.
• Manage a substantial volume of active matters with deadlines.
• Participate in update calls and quarterly Real Estate trainings.
