Job summary

Actalent in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed Architect or near licensure to lead project design and delivery for mission-critical facilities. This permanent, in-office role requires strong technical skills in construction documents, project management, and collaborative design.

You will guide design through development, review construction documents, and support construction administration, using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality solutions for data centers and shell/core projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with construction documents and construction administration.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, industrial, or shell/core projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, documentation, and project management activities.
• Develop and review construction documents and drawings.
• Support construction administration and ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate on master planning, space planning, and design development.
