Job summary

Alkira, a Lumen company, is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to empower our channel program in the US and worldwide. You’ll train partners, develop joint solutions, create content, and evangelize Alkira and Lumen technologies with partner teams.

Located in the Dallas area or remote US-based candidates may apply; you’ll collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver competitive, secure, cloud-ready networking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a solutions architect/solutions engineer role with partner/customer facing work.
• Strong networking and security knowledge required; cloud skills in AWS/Azure/GCP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Training and enablement for partners to build knowledge of Alkira/Lumen solution.
• Solution development with partners for networking and security needs.
• Content creation (slides, videos, PDFs) for partner consumption.
• Participate in events and webinars to evangelize the solution.
• Monitor competitive landscape and differentiate with partners.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to support partners.
• Continuous self-learning with hands-on labs and updated documentation.
