Job summary

Modern Pediatrics in Dallas seeks an NP/PA to join our in-home visit team on a part-time basis. You will provide sick and well-child visits at patients' homes, with flexible hours and optional 'flex appointments' when available.

This role includes virtual care elements and has potential to evolve into full-time; we are open to applicants with pediatric experience and a patient-centered approach.

This Role: Part-Time In-Home Visits, Extremely Flexible Hours

• We are looking to add someone to our team for the equivalent of ~1-2 full day per week (primarily sick visits, but the possibility of well-child visits)
  • Note: This could mean multiple half days, or another arrangement
• We offer optional 'flex appointments,' allowing you to pick up additional appointments when they become available (during business hours + after hours) for a set rate. If this is interesting, we can discuss further
• This position includes virtual care (text messages, phone calls, and video visits) throughout your work day
• There is potential for this to evolve into a Full-Time position, if desired
• For the right candidate we are willing to be very flexible on hours (and can make this arrangement work with another FT job) - let's chat possibilities!
