Job summary

BOWA Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler for on-site work at our Dallas Office. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed schedules to support project delivery, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to identify risks and drive informed decisions.

The role requires 3–7 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, a related degree, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–7 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Update schedules reflecting actual progress and changes in the field.
• Perform critical path and float analysis to identify schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Validate sequencing and construction logic with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to incorporate durations and constraints.
• Support owner/consultant schedule reviews and recovery planning as needed.
• Identify schedule risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist teams with schedule-driven planning and resource forecasting.
• Support time impact analysis and documentation when required.
