Job summary

BOWA Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents, analyzing schedule risks and impacts, and preparing reports for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, 3–7 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, scope revisions, and delays.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look‑ahead schedules, and progress reports.
