Job summary

Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking a LIMS Administrator for a contract engagement based in Dallas, TX. The LIMS Administrator serves as the primary custodian of the laboratory informatics platform and acts as the vital operational bridge between daily laboratory operations and technical software support.

In this role, you will partner closely with bench scientists, chemists, and laboratory managers to understand their operational workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• 2 years of hands-on lab bench experience with QA/QC or analytical testing.
• 2 years configuring, programming, or supporting LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare) in laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside laboratory personnel to identify bottlenecks and improve daily operational efficiency.
• Provide frontline user support for login issues, configurations, data entry and reporting.
• Configure system maintenance and master data including users, contracts/quotes, analyses and privileges.
• Act as the primary liaison between lab staff and the LIMS Solution Support Group and manage tickets through deployment.
