Genesis10 IT Staffing Sales/Business Development Executive - Dallas, TX

Location: Remote (Preference for DFW-based candidates)

Compensation: $50k base + commission

Overview

Genesis10 seeks a dynamic IT Staffing Sales/Business Development Executive for our Dallas branch. This role offers growth opportunities within a company with long-term clients and expanding new business. The position involves prospecting for new clients and managing existing accounts, primarily focusing on cultivating new business.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients and serve existing accounts.
  • Spend approximately 75% of time cultivating new business through calls and meetings.
  • Leverage Genesis10's brand for Talent Solution opportunities, including staffing augmentation, ERP solutions, and our programs for early career and entry-level software developers.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience, preferably in IT staffing.
  • Positive mental attitude (PMA).
  • Effective organization and planning skills.
  • Professional representation of Genesis10.
  • Ability to collaborate with recruiting teams and sell TaaS solutions.
