Qualifications

• 1-3+ years culinary experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.

• Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various preparation and cooking methods to ensure quick, precise creation of menu items in accordance with JOEY recipes.
• Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to set the team up for success.
• Follow guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment; report issues to leadership.
• Follow all food safety precautions and procedures.
