BOXX Modular in Dallas Fort Worth is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to coordinate servicing and maintenance of fleet assets, manage asset inventory, and conduct inspections both indoors and outdoors. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with external vendors to ensure timely service and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office with strong communication and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin, fleet coordination, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience coordinating vendors, transportation providers, and schedules.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word; ERP/fleet systems experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; occasional travel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate servicing and maintenance of fleet assets.
• Issue POs and generate asset/inventory reports.
• Liaise with vendors and transportation providers.
• Manage asset records and keep files organized.
• Support branch logistics and occasional outdoor inspections.
• Monitor daily fleet activity and counts.
