Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board is seeking a Facilities Contracts Coordinator to lead contract development, monitor performance, and coordinate with ETAM and other departments. The role requires on-site presence at DFW and leadership to coach teams and align cross-functional efforts.

The position emphasizes contract specification development, evaluations, inspections, and environmental considerations, with a focus on ensuring compliance and quality across contracted services.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree in business or engineering or successful completion of an apprenticeship or trade school as electrician, industrial plant operator, HVAC mechanic, facility technician or custodian.
• Three years experience supervising facility maintenance or custodial services, depending on vacancy.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop contract technical specifications and coordinate contract activities.
• Serve as liaison between ETAM and other departments involved in contract development, approval and execution.
• Conduct analyses to determine contract preparation, processing and approval procedures.
• Establish contract performance benchmarks and evaluate contractor performance.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and review work in progress.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Technicians and contractors; set priorities and adjust schedules.
• Evaluate environmental performance and communicate changes to Environmental Affairs.
• Provide employee feedback and participate in disciplinary processes when needed.
