Job summary

WGI seeks a Civil Market Leader with 15+ years of professional experience for the Dallas, TX area. The role combines strategic sales, client management, and technical oversight to drive revenue growth and operational excellence within the Civil Engineering Division.

The leader will recruit and mentor teams, align capabilities with strategy, and aim to grow a profitable practice while maintaining client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or other professional license as required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Seller-doer responsible for business development and project execution within WGI’s Civil Engineering Division.
• Develop business opportunities, maintain industry connections, and ensure efficient project execution within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Division Leadership to align team capabilities with corporate strategy and sustain long-term success.
• Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts and ensure every project has a signed contract.
