Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for sales and corporate positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• 2) Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets.
• 3) Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• 4) Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• 5) Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments.
• 6) Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• 7) Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• 8) Guide hiring managers through interviews, candidate selection, and offer development.
• 9) Build trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
• 10) Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
• 11) Maintain consistent communication with candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
• 12) Deliver a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience.
• 13) Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• 14) Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• 15) Manage multiple requisitions while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• 16) Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
