Job summary
Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to lead execution across strategic transactions, development support, capital raising, and investment processes. The role stands up intercompany structures and drives financing for near-term developments while shaping the platform for AI-driven energy projects.
You will build and maintain project finance models, coordinate with development, operations, and lenders, and scale governance for investor partnerships as the company
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years experience in power/energy finance.
- Strong modeling and non-recourse debt understanding.
- Experience with tax equity, JV/co-invest structures.
- Hands-on, builds process from scratch, wearing multiple hats.
- Dallas-based, in-office working environment.
Responsibilities
- Structure and stand up turbine leasing subsidiary with teams/advisors.
- Support active financings with capital markets and lenders.
- Assist development team with project pipeline finance and structuring.
- Establish institutional investment process and governance for partners.
- Execute JV, intercompany, and strategic transactions.
- Build and audit project finance models translating milestones to board materials.
- Grow into broader strategic responsibilities with CSO.
