Pacifico Energy is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance based in Dallas, TX. The role leads strategic transactions, development support, capital raises, and investment processes to accelerate a multi-gigawatt pipeline.

In-office environment with potential cross-functional collaboration across development, finance, and capital markets. You will stand up intercompany structures, support near-term financings, and help scale the platform as AI-driven demand grows.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in power/energy finance.
• Experience with non-recourse debt and lender processes.
• Familiar with JV/co-investment structures and investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Stand up turbine leasing subsidiary with development and operations teams.
• Support active financings with advisors and partners.
• Analyze pipeline financing and structure deals as projects advance toward contracting.
• Establish an institutional investment process for debt and equity partners.
• Execute intercompany, JV, and strategic transactions including project M&A.
• Build and audit project finance models translating milestones for boards and partners.
• Grow into broader strategic responsibilities and policy impact analysis.
