Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with wet chemistry and lab techniques.
• Familiarity with polymer formulations, coatings, sealants and adhesives.
• Experience developing or following SOPs and improving workflows.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex laboratory support for product development and research activities.
• Develop understanding of product specifications, testing requirements, and methods.
• Perform formulation, sample preparation, and testing per SOPs and QA standards.
• Create accurate data, organize records, and maintain notebooks.
• Document test results and technical findings for project decisions.
• Present results through reports and oral updates to team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supported departments to resolve issues and drive success.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, and lab operations.
