• Invent new technology and testing techniques for complex problems.
• Collaborate to derisk material obsolescence and support product qualifications.
• Leverage lab capabilities to bring in and share relevant technology.
• Drive technical reporting and, where applicable, patent filing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales to launch new products.
