Eaton’s Electrical Division’s Supply Chain Group is seeking a Distribution Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Dallas, TX. The role runs Sun–Thu, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, with an annual salary range of 86,000–126,000 USD.

You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume Distribution Center, driving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. You will coach associates, monitor attendance and productivity, and collaborate with plant leaders to optimize processes and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports in a Distribution Center and/or Manufacturing environment.
• No relocation offered; candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Lancaster, TX; active duty military exempt from geographic area.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc. are not offered).
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or logistics from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a Distribution Center environment (preferred).
• Experience operating forklift and/or order picker equipment (MHE).
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a specialized process within the Distribution Center in a multi-shift, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for safety, environment, quality, on-time delivery, and cost for the department.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to exceed customer needs.
• Manage employees within the department; monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; provide coaching.
• Understand decision-making's impact on profitability; ensure financial policy compliance and inventory control.
• Drive processes via Eaton Business systems to maximize output and location accuracy, reducing costs.
