Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a warehouse associate to efficiently handle picking, packing, palletizing, and shipping of dairy products.

You will operate pallet jacks and RF devices, ensure product integrity, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced facility. Applicants should read and communicate in English, be able to work weekends/holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds in cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Have basic math knowledge.
• Have a demonstrated work history.
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet physical demands: stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold environments and around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enters and exits equipment to select items and quantity from warehouse locations.
• Completes outbound orders and intra-company stock transfers per shipping instructions.
• Palletizes and builds stable, transport-ready pallets; ensure product integrity and accurate order fulfillment.
• Shrink wraps pallets and affixes pallet tags/place cards as required.
• Rotates inventory and maintains accurate inventories and records.
• Completes daily powered industrial truck inspections; reports safety concerns.
• Adheres to GMP, food safety and regulatory requirements; reports hazards to management.
• Attends required training, shift meetings and committees.
