Job summary

CPS4jobs seeks a Manager Technical Services (Dairy) to provide expert technical support to regional sales teams, key influencers, and distributors within the dairy sector. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and R&D to ensure alignment with initiatives and deliver on-farm demonstrations and customer training.

Responsibilities include field inquiries, troubleshooting, and traveling up to 60% to support customers and partners across the network.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to regional sales personnel, key influencers, and distributors.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and R&D to align support activities with initiatives.
• Provide on-farm customer support as coordinated by the sales organization.
• Field, log and respond to technical customer inquiries.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and customer problem solving.
• Develop and conduct internal & external customer technical training.
• Develop and conduct product / offering on farm demonstration trials.
• Interface with other Technical Services Managers to facilitate collaborative idea exchange.
