Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or master scheduling.
• Experience with dairy or manufacturing supply chains preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze costed bills of materials to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts, Master Production Schedule and Material Requirements.
• Create forecast and supply programs to improve inventory and cash cycle.
• Review material supply and demand to determine push/pull actions.
• Develop planning tools to obtain approval from stakeholders.
• Establish a planning calendar to update Master Production Schedule.
• Supervise and report actual results against the schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on long-range material planning via S&OP.
• Identify system/process improvements to enable business improvements.
• Manage safety stock and reorder levels to minimize costs.
