Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Nampa, ID, is hiring an RSPC Supervisor to lead a team of operators in a dairy production environment. You will oversee the reception, skimming, pasteurization, and concentration processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–4 years of supervisory dairy experience, with strong SAP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years dairy and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including SAP, MS Office, and data-recording tools.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSPC operators and ensure safe, efficient processing of raw materials into finished products.
• Monitor production targets, quality, and regulatory compliance; minimize waste and optimize throughput.
• Lead, train, and mentor the team; assign daily tasks and ensure housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain production records, batch reports, and quality control documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
