Job summary

Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead customer service and daily operations at a local location. You will uphold Dairy Queen standards and support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in activities from supervision to scheduling and quality control.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, can pass a background check, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Lead shift operations, supervise team members, and ensure safety and quality standards.
