Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Quality Laboratory Technician in Minster, Ohio to perform microbiological analysis on finished and in-process samples and assist Quality Engineers in disposition decisions. You will collect samples from production, test product and ingredients, and troubleshoot issues related to viscosity, pH, color, and sanitation at the filling line.

• Associates degree in a science field or equivalent quality experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out microbiological analysis on finished products and in-process samples.
• Gather samples from production lines and perform tests on product and ingredients.
• Disposition of hold products after retests and provide sorting guidance.
• Enter results into the database and analyze trends for quality improvements.
• Support line audits and daily line tours to ensure quality standards.
