Job summary

Danone North America in Dallas, TX is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for our Beverage Quality Lab. You will perform analytical testing of ingredients and finished products, verify sensory attributes, and generate standard reports to ensure product quality.

This role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, working with chemicals, and complying with cGMPs. You will collaborate across departments, document results, and help maintain high standards for safety and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with chemicals.
• Must evaluate physical properties of ingredients and products.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work weekends/overtime as needed.
• Experience with microbiological testing/documentation preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, data interpretation, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing and document results.
• Analyze ingredients, in-process batched product, and finished product.
• Interpret test results to release product meeting specifications.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and sanitation requirements.
