Job summary

Saputo Inc. in Franklin, WI seeks a Production Supervisor for a new 340,000 sq ft facility to supervise production staff, plan and direct work, and drive safety and efficiency. You will partner with plant management to meet schedules and ensure quality while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient with ERP solutions, SAP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team leadership across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, quality, and safety are followed.
• Inspect products for conformance and adjust machines as needed.
• Coordinate production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Use ERP to enter data and report production results and downtime.
• Train employees in job, safety, and equipment standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance objectives.
• Support performance management and discipline processes when needed.
• Promote Saputo policies and ethics in daily operations.
