Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking team members for production filling and packaging roles in our dairy manufacturing operations. The position emphasizes safe operation of equipment, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

You will contribute to a high-performing team, follow SOPs, and support quality control while working in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly rate and benefits support employee growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing, preferably dairy.
• Advanced quality/food safety training is a plus but not required.
• Strong math and technical skills to operate equipment controls.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain per OSHA standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide rest breaks and relief for team members in production, filling and packaging positions.
• Safely operate and maintain production filling and packaging equipment.
• Set up, operate and replenish fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.
• Follow SOPs precisely and document production records accurately.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments and change-overs.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
