Job summary

California Dairies, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to join our operations to produce butter, milk powders and fluid milk.

The role involves operating, monitoring, and cleaning equipment to ensure our standards of quality and safety are met. You will verify codes, labels, weights and packaging, maintain plant equipment, finalize and package products for shipment, check stock levels, and assist with daily cleaning tasks while following good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must read and understand all company rules and good manufacturing practices
• Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production efficiency and verify product is within specifications.
• Check and verify codes, labels, weights, and packaging.
• Maintain quality and upkeep of plant equipment.
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
• Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or materials.
• Ensure that all high-risk areas are kept sanitized and organized by assisting the operators with their daily cleaning tasks.
• Complete paperwork neatly and correctly.
