Job summary

LGI operates a 12-hour day shift (4:00 AM – 4:00 PM) in a dairy production plant. You will pack, weigh, label, palletize, and move product, while tracking inventory and performing quality checks to meet customer specs. The role includes supporting raw inventory and sanitation tasks on the production floor.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and up to one year in dairy or manufacturing. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year stable work experience in dairy, agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack, operate packaging and palletizing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Bag, blend and weigh finished powder; label and palletize; forklift/pallet jack as needed.
• Label, inventory-track finished product per specs; perform quality checks.
• Assist in raw inventory management, receive and unload; document findings.
• Operate production equipment (evaporator, dryers); monitor temps and adjust as required.
• Maintain clean, safe area; perform CIP; support HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs and SQF.
