Responsibilities

• Lead the Production function to ensure asset care standards.
• Coach team to engage in continuous improvement.
• Work with Production and Quality to maintain production capability.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for critical failures.
• Enhance the preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors.
