Associated Milk Producers Inc (AMPI) is seeking a Production Operator to join our dairy processing team in Sanborn, IA. You will handle bulk milk and whey sampling, operate CIP and equipment, and maintain records to ensure quality and safety standards.

The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to PMO guidelines, and safe operation of forklifts and loading equipment. Prior dairy or food manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience handling materials in plant settings is desirable.
• Forklift operation experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Report safety, food safety and quality issues.
• Sample and receive bulk milk and whey.
• Test and adjust equipment to improve product quality.
• Follow PMO requirements and SOPs for cleaning and operation.
• Maintain records and documentation per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
