Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is seeking a Production Operative Worker in Sanborn, IA. This full-time role involves assembling carts, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring food safety and quality throughout the shift.

As a member of AMPI, you will support dairy production processes, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate records while following GMP policies and safety procedures. Prior dairy/cheese experience is preferred, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in dairy or cheese industry preferred.
• Food manufacturing, material handling and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble carts and place cheesecloth and liners into boxes.
• Load and unload carts into a vacuum chamber and monitor vacuum pressure/time.
• Clean and sanitize all carts and pans; re-clean if needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and documentation of records.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, GMP policies, and company policies.
