• Operates and monitors filling machinery in a dairy processing environment.
• Tracks and adjusts fill weights to meet bottle specifications.
• Oversees cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging.
• Cleans, sets up, operates, and monitors filling equipment.
• Performs all necessary quality checks and completes documentation for filling machinery.
• Records production and quality data.
• Conducts filler line changeovers.
• Adheres to sanitation and quality policies and GMPs.
• Ensures adherence to food safety and quality system requirements.
