Job summary

The Michigan Milk Producers Association is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Constantine, Michigan facility. You will plan resources, coach staff, and coordinate with peers to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience and at least 3 years in supervision. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in a dynamic dairy processing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years minimum of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize available resources (employees, materials, time, equipment) to meet shift production, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop, coach, and counsel employees to ensure a motivated and competent shift.
• Coordinate changes in production staffing and/or processes to ensure communication of proper manufacturing.
• Maintain the plant’s equipment in sanitary condition and ensure GMP compliance.
